A series of policy documents have been issued to promote the development of the industry. The work has achieved remarkable results and it is worth learning from Hunan. It is the general trend to promote green energy conservation and the industrialization of new buildings. Prefabricated buildings are a powerful carrier for green construction and industrialization of buildings. The two provinces of Hunan and Qiong have deep roots and are both large agricultural provinces. The joint development of prefabricated buildings based on green construction will help promote the high-quality development of the construction industry in the two provinces. Through this inspection, the "Bridge of Friendship" for construction enterprises in the two provinces of Hunan and Qiong has been set up.
