On September 15, Gong Dehan, the deputy mayor of Changde City, presided over the scheduling meeting of rural prefabricated house construction. It is necessary to make a good plan and encourage the promotion of the use of equipment-style buildings in the centralized resettlement areas planned by the villages, and the cities and counties should come up with specific incentive policies as soon as possible. The finance, financial and other departments shall, in accordance with the provisions of the central document, integrate financial funds, help funds, and reward units and individuals that use prefabricated buildings. The specific amount of rewards and subsidies shall be determined by the districts, counties and cities according to actual conditions. There should be assessment constraints, and the promotion and use of prefabricated buildings should be included in the assessment of rural revitalization and village work teams.
