Hunan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development went to Changsha to carry out post-evaluation survey of prefabricated buildings

On September 13, 2021, the Hunan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized the post-evaluation survey of prefabricated buildings in Hunan Province.

The research team successively inspected 6 prefabricated construction projects that have been delivered to use in Changsha. The types of projects include residences, schools, apartments, etc. After the investigation, the members of the investigation team conducted a post-assessment summary of the prefabricated building based on the research situation, and highly affirmed the related advancement work of the prefabricated building project in Changsha.

Relevant personnel from the Science and Technology Department of Hunan Provincial Housing and Construction Department, Provincial Quality and Safety Supervision Station, Changsha Housing and Construction Bureau Real Estate Development Management Office, Municipal Prefabricated Building Promotion Center, Municipal Prefabricated Building Professional Committee, and Provincial Architectural Design Institute participated in the investigation.
