Taishan Feicheng High-tech Zone: The prefabricated construction and decoration materials project with an annual output of 25 million square meters starts

On September 11, the groundbreaking ceremony of Shandong Lutai Building Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 25 million square meters of prefabricated construction and decoration materials project was held. After the project is completed, it will form a complete industrial chain integrating factory design and production-site assembly construction-assembly decoration. The products are widely used in schools, hospitals, hotels, residences, high-speed railways, and urban public facilities construction.

It is understood that the prefabricated construction and decoration materials project with an annual output of 25 million square meters has a planned total investment of 560 million yuan, covering an area of more than 170 acres and a building area of 68,000 square meters. There are 2 new fiber cement slab production lines by the new up-flow method, and 2 production lines for non-dismantling steel truss floor decks. After completion, it can produce and process 15 million square meters of non-asbestos fiber cement slabs and 10 million square meters of floor decks. After the project is put into production, it can achieve an annual output value of more than 500 million yuan, a profit and tax of more than 120 million yuan, and more than 150 jobs. It has been listed as a provincial key project.

Since the beginning of this year, the Hi-tech Zone has newly signed 11 projects with a value of over 100 million yuan, including a heavy-duty truck precision parts industrial park and German mould high-end automotive interior injection products, with a planned total investment of 17.88 billion yuan. It has signed and acquired land and 12 projects to be started, with a total area of 1006.15 acres. 32 construction projects are being rolled out, 16 newly completed and put into production such as Delxin, Zhongfu, Ostar and other key projects, and 41 technological transformation projects above 5 million yuan have been implemented. At the promotion meeting of Shandong's connection with the world's top 500 and deepening cooperation with the European Union, as the only unit in Tai'an City, it formally signed a contract to invest 25 million US dollars in a high-end automotive interior project with France SAFE DEMO Co., Ltd. The ground-breaking ceremony of the Tai'an branch of the major spring project in Shandong Province in 2021 and the main venue of the major spring-starting project in Tai'an City held in the Taipeng New Material Industrial Park are the first time that Feicheng and the High-tech Zone have been held. Among the 16 branch venues in the province, the only one was held in the high-tech zone of a county-level city. Regardless of whether it is contract signing or commencement of construction, under construction, and production, all have shown a prosperous development momentum.
