Long Yuan Ming Zhu new layout: Integrating superior resources to serve the steel structure prefabricated market in the Yangtze River Delta

From August 21st to 23rd, Longyuan Mingzhu brought the S-SYSTEM2.5 high-performance fully prefabricated steel structure building product system (hereinafter referred to as the S system) to the Hangzhou Construction Expo. At the booth, the event "Building Strength in the Yangtze River Delta, Empowering New Ecology-Long Yuan Ming Zhu S-SYSTEM 2.5 Product Strategy Release Conference" was held to officially announce Long Yuan Ming Zhu's new market layout for the Yangtze River Delta region.

Pei Chuanfei, general manager of Longyuan Mingzhu, said in an interview that with the continuous release of policy dividends, the prefabricated market ushered in an explosive period, and steel structure prefabricated as one of the three mainstream prefabricated building systems has been promoted by the government.

In 2019, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development successively approved seven provinces including Zhejiang, Shandong, Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Henan, and Qinghai to carry out pilot projects for the construction of steel structure prefabricated housing. On March 2, 2020, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Key Points of Provincial Construction Industrialization Work in 2020", which clearly stated: Realize that the newly started prefabricated buildings accounted for more than 30% of the newly built building area throughout the year, and a total of more than 5 million square meters of steel structure prefabricated residential buildings were built.

Pei Chuanfei said that Longyuan Mingzhu will be guided by policy and demand-oriented, give full play to its own advantages, integrate advantageous resources, and meet the steel structure assembly market demand in the Yangtze River Delta.

In his view, the characteristics and advantages of steel structure assembly are the key to its rise. Compared with traditional construction methods, steel structure assembly has core advantages such as fast construction speed, flexible space, environmental protection, and convenient construction. Compared with the precast concrete construction method, the prefabricated steel structure has lighter weight, stronger seismic performance, reusable building materials, and obvious comprehensive performance advantages.

Pei Chuanfei introduced that the S system that was unveiled at the Hangzhou Construction Expo this time was developed by Longyuan Mingzhu in cooperation with Shanghai Academy of Construction Sciences, Tongji University and many domestic and foreign leading institutions in the field of prefabricated construction. At present, the system has been iterated to version 2.5, and its building types have a wider application range, which can be applied to residential buildings, public buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, high-rise office buildings, etc. More than 100 patents have been obtained, and more than 300 key nodes have been optimized and improved, and they have been continuously confirmed in nearly one million square projects, covering all regions of the country.

Compared with traditional construction methods, the S system can shorten the on-site construction cycle by up to 1/3. When the assembly rate reaches 50% or more, its construction cost will be the same as PC or even better, and it will meet the climate and earthquake resistance requirements of various places.

Take the "residential + public building" two-in-one model house brought by Longyuan Mingzhu this time as an example. This 50-square-meter model house adopts the integration of structure, enclosure, electromechanical, and interior systems. The on-site assembly of parts and components is only used 18 hours. The S-SYSTEM assembly rate can reach up to 95%, and the cost per square meter can be controlled within 4500 yuan, which comprehensively demonstrates the technical advantages of the S system.

In addition, Pei Chuanfei introduced that Longyuan Mingzhu, a steel structure fabricated construction service provider with independent production and research and development capabilities, has a complete steel structure fabricated resource system. It can provide a complete set of resources from the design end, supply end, construction end and even operation end. Its prefabricated building technology industrial park covers the manufacturing of core components such as steel structure, outer protection, and interior decoration.
