Regarding the impact of the epidemic on home furnishing companies this year, Yin Haoming said that the epidemic has brought tremendous pressure to companies, but from another perspective, the epidemic is also a touchstone, which can test whether companies are capable of responding to the crisis. On the contrary, excellent companies can use the opportunities brought about by the epidemic to lay a solid foundation, strengthen management, cultivate internal skills, and enhance their competitiveness. Gold Mantis took advantage of this opportunity to carry out refined internal management, and launched a management cockpit and project management center. In addition, the business of Gold Mantis includes the medical sector in public buildings. After the epidemic is over, the competent government departments may increase investment in the medical sector, so Gold Mantis will focus on the medical sector and seize the policy dividend.

Regarding the strategy for the second half of the year, Yin Haoming revealed that Gold Mantis will focus its efforts in two directions. The first is prefabricated decoration. These products are environmentally friendly, efficient, green and healthy. The most important thing is that the prefabricated decoration has a short construction period and good quality, and industrial production has solved the problem of gradual increase in labor costs and relative decline in the level of workers' craftsmanship. The second is to introduce the BIM building model system into the decoration field, to solve the problem of difficult decoration of special-shaped buildings, and to drill the decoration process in the computer in advance to prevent the problem of easy conflict in laying pipelines.
