Hebei Province: Yutian County builds a domestic first-class integrated intelligent manufacturing demonstration base

The Tangshan Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base Project of Beijing Construction Engineering New Technology Co., Ltd. is a brand-new industrial project introduced by Yutian County to undertake the transfer of Beijing's industry. The project will adhere to the construction concepts of green, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmental protection, smart and efficient, and build a first-class high-end assembly-type intelligent manufacturing comprehensive industrial demonstration base in China.

The project is located in the Houhu Economic Development Zone, Yutian County. It is a provincial key project constructed in three phases with an investment of 1.15 billion yuan by Beijing Construction Engineering New Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., covering a total area of 326.7 acres. The first phase covers an area of 240 acres, with an investment of 420 million yuan, to build 2 internal and external dual-circulation PC automatic multifunctional production lines, 1 steel processing production line, 1 concrete production line, and 2 fixed production lines developed by independent technology. And in the construction process, it integrates low-carbon, green, environmental protection, intelligent and other elements, and is committed to building a benchmark enterprise in the industry.

The first phase of the project has been put into production, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 cubic meters, annual sales of 800 million yuan, and employment of nearly 500 people. The products produced can not only solve the common problems of building quality, but also realize the transformation of structural component accuracy deviation from centimeter level to millimeter level. The safety, fire resistance and durability coefficient of the building are greatly improved. At the same time, the product has also changed the traditional construction method. The construction site can achieve no dust, no waste water, no noise, construction water saving by 60%, material saving by 20%, construction waste reduction by 80%, energy saving by 20%, and scaffolding by 70%. Realize the sustainable development of green and energy-saving new building materials. The second and third phases of the project will start construction at the end of this year in accordance with the planning standards of the Green Building Industrial Park. It is planned to implant new building materials products such as steel structure, integral bathroom, partition board, high-performance glass doors and windows, and make every effort to build a comprehensive industrial base of green building materials.
