The first superimposed and assembled comprehensive pipe gallery project in Shanxi Province puts into use 6.53 kilometers long

On September 6, the reporter learned that the PPP project of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project in the Xiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone was completed and put into use recently. This project is the first PPP project in Xiyang County and the first superimposed and assembled comprehensive pipe gallery project in Shanxi Province, which has good socio-economic effects.

The pipeline corridor project is about 6.53 kilometers in length, with a total investment of 672.96 million yuan. The starting point is located in the northern part of the chlor-alkali plant in Yangmei, and the ending point is to the south bank of the Songxi River. It will be constructed along the X340 County Road in Xiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The construction content of the superimposed integrated pipe gallery project includes the pipe gallery main body project, the pipe gallery auxiliary facilities project and the pipe gallery control center construction project. The section of the pipe gallery adopts the form of two cabins, which are divided into hydroelectric cabins and integrated cabins. The standard section of the pipe gallery has a total cross-section width of 7.7 meters and a total height of 4.4 meters.

The application of the laminated assembly construction technology can increase the work efficiency several times, while reducing the on-site steel bar processing, template pouring and other conventional procedures, which can save a lot of turnover materials, labor and other costs. The construction and implementation of this project will prove the path for Shanxi Province to transform from extensive construction to high-end manufacturing.
