Luoyang City's prefabricated construction industry ranks among the top in Henan Province

On August 24, the construction of the "Ledao" connecting flyover in Xingluo Lake Park has been completed, and the bridge deck is being upgraded.

Due to the large number of prefabricated building molds used in the erection of the "Ledao" flyover this time, not only the construction time is short, but also the occupation of space, concrete pouring and other procedures are reduced, which is an active exploration for the effective promotion of prefabricated buildings in the urban construction field of Luoyang.

1. Xingluo Lake Park "Ledao" adopts prefabricated building components

Xingluo Lake "Le Dao" is a key livelihood fact determined by the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and Government. It will effectively connect the parks divided by the road into a distinctive bridge structure "Le Dao" through multiple flyovers.

"These piers, bridge decks, and bridge decks are all made of fabricated building components." The relevant person in charge of the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development introduced. The gallery bridge and pier columns of the flyover are designed in red, the pier columns are made of prefabricated concrete, and the bridge deck adopts steel structure prefabricated parts.

Take the pier column as an example. The pier column here is similar to the traditional concrete pouring product, but the appearance is more delicate and the overall shape is integrated. These piers are all independently developed and produced by China Power Construction (Luoyang) Prefabricated Building Technology Co., Ltd. located in Ruyang County.

"The flatness of concrete reaches millimeter level, which is much higher than the related indicators of traditional cast-in-place products." Xiao Baocheng, deputy general manager of the company, introduced. The prefabricated building components used in the "Ledao" of Xingluo Lake Park have piers of rectangular parallelepipeds with a gradient height of 0.84 meters to 5.4 meters. The shape of the cover beam is designed as a bucket arch shape where ancient cultural elements are applied to prefabricated buildings. It is poured with high-performance self-compacting concrete. Through the refined design of mold manufacturing and tooling equipment, the template is lightened, the versatility of the mold is improved, and the cost reduction and efficiency increase effect is significant. It is the first to achieve zero breakthroughs in the prefabrication technology of municipal engineering piers and cap beams in the province.

2. Prefabricated components help reduce project duration by more than half

According to the relevant person in charge of the Luoyang Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, compared with traditional construction methods, prefabricated buildings have incomparable advantages in terms of environmental protection and engineering efficiency.

Take the construction of "Ledao" in Xingluo Lake Park as an example. If according to the traditional construction plan, formwork and frame structure need to be built on site, and then cast on site, a large number of steel bars, formwork, and brackets are required, and a large number of personnel operate on site, which will cause environmental pollution and other problems.

As for the assembled components, the integrated components of the pier and the cover beam are directly produced by the factory assembly line, and pre-assembled in the factory, and directly assembled and used after being shipped to the site. "Compared with the traditional cast-in-place mode, this greatly improves work efficiency, and can ensure the normal progress of the project even in severe weather conditions." Xiao Baocheng said, traditional concrete piers need to be cured for more than 10 days on average after pouring. In the high temperature curing kiln of this production line, curing can be completed in only 8 hours, and the efficiency of the finished product can be increased by more than 50 times.

According to preliminary calculations, the development of prefabricated buildings can save water by about 50%, save wood templates by about 80%, reduce construction waste by more than 80%, and reduce dust by more than 70%.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, after the use of prefabricated components, the construction period of the "Ledao" project in Xingluo Lake Park has been reduced by more than half, and construction dust and noise have also been greatly reduced.

3. Prefabricated construction industry of Luoyang City ranks among the top in the province

"Luoyang prefabricated construction production enterprises rank in the forefront of the province in terms of production scale and production capacity, and are actively applying for provincial-level prefabricated construction demonstration cities." The person in charge of Luoyang Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau introduced. According to preliminary calculations, the output value of the prefabricated construction industry in Luoyang reaches 2.5 billion yuan, and the annual tax is about 160 million yuan. The products cover various materials required for prefabricated construction such as PC structure, steel structure, 3D customized wallboard, parts and components, and special slurry.

Luoyang City has settled 13 prefabricated construction enterprises. Among them, China Power Construction (Luoyang) Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. and other two concrete structure prefabricated construction bases, the annual output of concrete precast components can reach 800,000 cubic meters; Luoyang Shenghong Jinnuo Technology Co., Ltd. and other 5 steel structure prefabricated construction bases produce 300,000 tons of steel structure prefabricated components annually; Luoyang North Glass Silicon Nest and other 3 light steel structure prefabricated construction enterprises, with an annual production of 300,000 square meters of light steel structure; In addition, it also includes prefabricated construction companies in the fields of 3D customized wall panels, parts and components, and wood structures.

At present, Luoyang City has built more than 30 prefabricated construction projects with a construction area of more than 360,000 square meters. This year, the urban area has passed 11 prefabricated construction projects that have passed the detailed specification review, with a construction area of more than 521,700 square meters.

Zhao Shuzheng, director of the Luoyang Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, introduced that this industrialized construction mode, with its short construction period, low pollution, and high quality, is becoming the direction of the construction industry.
