Hunan Province takes the lead in developing an assembled intelligent manufacturing platform to create a "fast track" from design to finished product

Prefabricated buildings have been included in 20 emerging advantageous industrial chains in Hunan Province, and now they have ushered in significant progress. The reporter learned from the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hunan Province that Hunan Province took the lead in the country to develop an assembled intelligent manufacturing platform (referred to as "Intelligent Manufacturing Platform"). A total of 132 prefabricated construction projects, 22 bases (enterprise), 18 factories, and 1 park were entered, and efforts were made to improve the synergy of energy efficiency of the prefabricated construction industry in the province.

Since the beginning of this year, the province has newly started prefabricated buildings of 96.76 million square meters, ranking first in the country, of which the area using intelligent manufacturing platforms accounted for 17.3%. According to preliminary calculations, after the intelligent manufacturing platform is fully operational across the province, the design efficiency can be increased by more than 50%, the production efficiency can be increased by more than 40%, and the project duration can be reduced by more than 30%.

The intelligent manufacturing platform sets up two major sections, "government-side industry public service platform" and "enterprise-side industry application platform". Strengthen the information exchange between the two platforms, connect land approval, bidding, quality supervision, completion acceptance, operation and maintenance services and other links in series to form project life cycle supervision and management, and create a "fast lane" from design to finished product. Standardization was highlighted in the design stage. Hunan Province also took the lead in establishing a provincial-level unified data standard and a general building product standardization system, with 609 core components and 489 basic library components.

Through the application and promotion of the intelligent manufacturing platform, Changsha and Jishou have been approved as national prefabricated construction demonstration cities, Hunan Ningyuan Industrial Park has become a national prefabricated construction industrial park, and 14 companies including Changsha Yuanda Residential Engineering have been recognized as national prefabricated construction industries base. "Jishou City No. 1 Middle School Project in Xiangxi" became the first prefabricated construction project in the country to win the National Quality Engineering Award. At present, projects such as the reconstruction and expansion project of Changsha Airport, Qinglong Bay ultra-low energy building, Moon Island starry sky camping base and other projects have basically realized project information sharing based on the intelligent manufacturing platform, and have been approved for the first batch of green construction pilot projects in the province.
