The prefabricated building technology in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province has been certified by the provincial government again

 Recently, following the announcement of the promotion and certification of the two product technologies of the first Yuanda laminated board and stair slab by the Science and Technology Development Center of the Provincial Housing and Construction Department, Lianyungang City has 12 prefabricated construction manufacturing enterprises. Three companies have been certified by the provincial government, ranking No. 1 in northern Jiangsu. It also marks the market explosion period for the development of prefabricated buildings in Lianyungang City.

Xianzhi Broad was established in December 2018. It is the result of a strong alliance between local construction companies and Broad Residential Industry. The overall production capacity can reach 1.2 million square meters. It is currently the largest prefabricated building production line in the city and even in northern Jiangsu, laying a good foundation for the construction of the prefabricated building industrial park in Donghai County. Materials and Equipment Department in Lianyungang City has actively made suggestions for the project from the project feasibility study stage, invited provincial experts to the site to demonstrate, and put forward many feasibility suggestions in plant construction, production layout, product variety, etc. A series of issues such as factory adjustment, steam maintenance, and product standards have been gradually solved, and the enterprise has been smoothly put into production and completed certification procedures.
