The preparation of "Technical Guidelines for Prefabricated Interior Decoration in Hainan Province" was officially launched

On August 20, the kick-off meeting of "Technical Guidelines for Prefabricated Interior Decoration of Hainan Province" (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines") was held in Hainan Branch. Tian Guangming, a first-level investigator from the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hainan Province, and Wu Xiangwen, head of the Hainan Provincial Construction Standard Rating Station, attended the meeting.

Wu Xiangwen introduced the background of the preparation of the "Guidelines" and emphasized the important support role of the "Guidelines" for the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in Hainan Province. It also proposed that the compilation of the "Guidelines" should be well connected with the revision of the assembly rate calculation rules for prefabricated buildings in Hainan Province. On behalf of the editor-in-chief, Hu Jiaxi, the dean of the Hainan Branch, delivered a welcome speech, expressing his heartfelt thanks for being able to undertake the editor-in-chief work, and said that he would work with all participating units to complete the preparation work on time and with high quality. Representatives of each member unit of the organization group conducted in-depth discussions on the depth of the organization, the positioning of the guidelines, and key technical issues. Tian Guangming emphasized that the compilation of the "Guidelines" should focus on the positioning of "prefabricated interior decoration", highlight the difference from traditional decoration, carry out key research on important technical requirements, accelerate work progress, and propose specific measures as soon as possible.

The preparation of the "Guidelines" will provide important technical support for the practice of prefabricated interior decoration projects in Hainan Province, and comprehensively improve the quality of the prefabricated interior decoration projects in Hainan Province in accordance with applicable, economic, safe, green, and aesthetic requirements. Promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Hainan Province towards a greener, more environmentally friendly and healthier direction.

Twenty-two representatives from nine compilation units including Hainan Branch, Hainan Provincial Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Hainan Provincial Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.
