It is reported that on August 15 this year, the Shapu Station of the second phase of Metro Line 12 was capped, realizing the first successful application of the prefabricated subway station technology in Shenzhen. On September 23, the fourth phase of Pingxi Station of Metro Line 3 was fully assembled, and its fully assembled assembly process of "internal support system + dry rigid connection" is of great significance to the subsequent construction of the prefabricated station.
The person in charge of Shenzhen Railway Group explained that the promotion and application of prefabricated technology in subway construction has many advantages: One is to improve efficiency. For a standard open-cut station, the use of prefabricated construction technology can save 1/4 to 1/3 of the construction period, while shortening the road occupation time of the project and reducing the impact on the surrounding environment. The second is to improve the quality. The components are standardized and mechanized in the factory, and the quality is not affected by factors such as time, space, environment, and personnel quality, and the later operation and maintenance costs are also greatly reduced. The third is to reduce manpower input and ensure safety. Traditional cast-in-place construction requires 180-200 people to concentrate on construction, and the use of prefabricated construction site requires only 20-30 people to assist in the operation, which reduces the labor input by about 85%, and the labor intensity is also greatly reduced. Due to the elimination of a large number of risky operations, the accident rate is also greatly reduced. Fourth, environmental protection and carbon reduction, the prefabricated construction greatly reduces material waste, energy consumption and environmental pollution, and has less vibration and noise pollution along the line.
